The Building Permit Process for the “Luiza” Residential Complex Has Been Successfully Completed.

AET Group was commissioned to oversee the spatial and compositional design and prepare the main architectural design, culminating in the Municipality of Prishtina 's successful issuance of the Building Permit.

The “Luiza” Complex, conceived as an extension of ASTRAL Construction's residential development in Prishtina, was designed through a meticulous analysis of the building’s impact on its surrounding urban environment. The primary objective of avoiding spatial tension has been achieved by respecting the urban planning parameters and preserving the visual harmony of the surrounding context. Clean compositional lines have been maintained to ensure spatial compatibility while simultaneously safeguarding the continuity and efficiency of both pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
