The challenges start from analyzing of the free/flexible space connected with the commercial and representative area.
The ambitious goals of increasing the long-term architectural values, without denigrating the area, were the common goal of the design company and developer.

The typology of the development resulted in a building where the larger part (working area) should be free, with regular angles. Organized as a right-angled space, as an internal connection without reflecting from the outside, the building presents stability and harmony with the surroundings environment and typology of buildings (silhuete).
