GURMAL
2025, Prishtina
Nestled in the heart of a mountainous landscape, this villa is designed to create a seamless connection between contemporary architecture and the surrounding natural environment.
The architectural concept is defined by clean lines and a regular geometric form, emphasising simplicity, balance, and timeless elegance. The use of natural stone as the primary façade material reflects the character of the surrounding landscape, allowing the building to blend harmoniously with its natural setting.
Designed with a strong focus on sustainability and ecological awareness, the villa embraces a sensitive approach to its environment. Natural materials, thoughtful architectural proportions, and a design that responds to the mountain context create a balance between modern living and nature.
The project aims to offer a peaceful and comfortable living experience, where architecture becomes an extension of the landscape rather than an element that competes with it.

BIVUAC
2024, Alpes, Italy
AET Group, in collaboration with Agim Osaj and Albina Balaj
Imagine that the 13 peaks of the Travers Mountains meet in a single embrace on the faces of the 13-sided structure in a “bivouac”.
The 13 peaks stretch beautifully in the embrace of stunning Italy, beneath the sky that shines with stars, where their echo has no end.
This is the magical moment when the sound strikes our bivouac and returns again as the sound of the 13 peaks.
This 13-sided bivouac is a silent, sacred shelter where the spirits of mountaineers find peace for each mountain, a beautiful story for every person who enters the bivouac, a beautiful memory captured in a photo hanging on the walls, a sound that only they feel, a song of nature that only they have heard, as a sign that “they were here,” they were together with the mountains of Travers, and every step they took left a mark on history with a photo, like a poem frozen in time and a testimony of the most beautiful journey of their lives.”
The bivouac is constructed with materials of wood, steel, leather, and aluminium, and is equipped with a solar panel for sustainable, renewable energy.

PIEDMONT
2024, Taraxha, Kosovo

Altitude always remains the goal of tourism. The plot was located close to the culminating point of the area. It is objected that the cadastral plot covered a large area, for reasons of environmental protection, the position of the villas lies in the forest area. WHY linear? The analysis of the location argued that such a positioning of the villas enables: views towards the city, proximity to the hilly (forested) part, high privacy from the cascades, and genuine communion between them.
Villas are concepted where the main focus was dividing the rest space and loud space connected them with the hall.

AEEM Residence
2024, Prishtina, Kosovo
Designing houses is a special challenge in zones where the plot isn 't surrounded by individual buildings in the vicinity. AEEM Residence was conceived as a starting point from a regular geometric shape divided into 4 equal parts, in which the principle of partial displacement of a part is implied.

THE HORIZONTAL
2023, Kosovo
In order to create stability in the structure, THE HORIZONTAL is conceived in linear alignment. In the creation of the whole, the principle of "addition" of all 1 geometry distributed in 3 forms was used. For covering the shapes, 2 materials were used, in 3 methods, with a division in the vertical in order to facilitate the reading of the horizontal.
In total, 2 horizontals are presented: that of the structure itself, and those created by the covering materials.
The stone is used in a conventional method with the aim of saving the environmental cost using the objectives targeted during the conception of the building. We find it in two ways: "white" that precedes, and that "grace" that symbolizes the distance. The wood material comes in the quality of the balancer.

Swiss House
2021, Mati, Prishtina, Kosovo
Starting from the concept of presenting the geometric shape to create visual stability, continued with the composition of light and shadow, and concluded with the nature and texture of the materials used with dedication, the concept of the "SLICE" house was formed.
Vila Sanev
2021, Oberrit, Switzerland
Conceptualized as separated in two structures, VS presents stability. According to location conditions, Villa must have strait lines, present contemporary architecture. The first structure maintains the entrance where it's connected to exterior line through open view glass which doesn 't contact earth. The second structure maintains all residentials activities'.
